How to Use
Heat oil in a kadai
Add onion and tomato, saute with the vegetables of your choice. Then add tamarind water
Add the required amount of Vatha Kuzhambu Podi
Simmer until the kuzhambu thickens and gives a layer of oil. Add coconut paste, and any vathal for flavour
Serve hot with rice and sesame oil
